    Opus 5.5 blew it out of the park

    I've been a huge Claude user since Claude Code launched. It was getting really frustrating though. Fable 5.1 was amazing but really expensive, and Opus 5 had too many issues. Way too verbose, confusing to follow, just hard to work with. So I was slowly moving over to Codex and Astra.

State is a string, JSON object or array, text only. You name each question key, and the key is not sent to the model, so the whole meaning has to live inside the question.

    Came across a podcast with Nicolas Cole (the ghostwriter) today, and it pointed at a hole in how I write with AI. Our tone guide, built after HN called some of my writing slop, only checks the prose after it's written. Nothing tells the model what I actually think, so it guesses, and it guesses the average opinion on the internet.
