Runs SimbaStack, an AI studio, and the safari lodge he started in the Mara, and lets agents do a worrying amount of both.

NJ built KaribuKit, the hotel operations system his own lodge runs on, where an agent drafts the guest replies on WhatsApp every day and a human sends them, and a guest booked a full-day game drive through the web booking agent on 31 August with nobody watching. He built Agent Pulse in three days with three agents and wrote none of the code, which is the kind of thing he would like to argue about with you. He is looking for people who have put an agent in charge of something real and can say what broke.
